Constant temperature dip coater with drying oven is designed for the study of liquid phase epitaxial film. By pulling the wire and pulling the sample vertically, the sample is immersed in the liquid film material for a while and then pulled out, then a film of a certain thickness is grown on the surface of the sample. Constant temperature dip coater adopts a single-board machine to control the lifting speed of the pulling wire, so that the elevator can run smoothly and accurately. The sample can be automatically pulled back by manual control into the liquid film material; or it can be immersed in the liquid film material by automatic control, and manually pulled back; the dwell time can be controlled according to individual needs. This machine is equipped with a constant temperature drying oven with a temperature of up to 100℃ to allow the film growth process to proceed at a constant temperature.
