Spectral response and internal quantum efficiency measurement


 ■ While monochromatic light with constant energy or constant photons
    which does not have wavelength dependence is irradiated on the solar cell,
    spectral response and quantum efficiency can be measured.

 

■ Spectral response as well as spectral reflection can be measured bya 
   single system and internal quantum efficiency (IQE) can be obtained.

 

■ Using the same beam for spectral response and reflectionmeasurement, 
   the same surface on the sample can be measured.


■ A white bias light source is available as a standard which enablesthe system to measure
   the spectral response and I-V curve easily under the pseudosunlight.
