Model CEP-M77 is designed to measure spectral sensitivity and quantum efficiency of solar cell module. In this system monochromatic light with constant energy or constant photons number generate, is irradiated to a solar cell module and a solar cell sample. The system also contains a

White bias light from a separate direction can irradiates the solar cell module or solar cell sample

simultaneously. And the system contains auxiliary bias light (Halogen)

1.Single-Crystalline Si module

   (QE, IPCE absolute value) Monochromatic light : Constant photon irradiation 1e15(/cm2)

   Irradiation Area : 10 x 10mm (1.0 cm2)

   Irradiated cells by supplemental bias light except the measurement cell



2. Amorphous Si module

   Module configuration : 13 series connection, 7.5V, 40mA (300mW)

   The quantum efficiency of four cells (normalization to 1 at the peak)

   Monochromatic light : Constant photon irradiation 1e15(/cm2),

   Irradiation area : 10 x 8mm (0.8 cm2)

   Irradiated cells by supplemental bias light except the measurement cell
