Software Functions


1) Manual measurement mode (with Measurement condition settings)

This mode is used as an off-line mode and is used to find out measurement parameters or evaluate the module one by one. 

The setting condition is used for auto measurement mode.




 

2) Repeatability measurement mode

A module, which is on the simulator and connected to I-V tester, is automatically measured

repeatedly by specified measurement count. 

The dispersion of the data can be checked on the monitor.
