【Product description】

For 320W 325W 330W 335W Eclipse Mono Solar Panel, there are two addinal steps for 34x10 layout shingled cut cells new design 335W eclipse mono solar Pv panel, one is cutting cells into strips (1/5 or 1/6 of standard cells), the other is printing conductive paste on edge of laser cut cell strips and shingle these cells overlapping to form string.

Flexibility of adhesive interconnection of the new design helps to reduce thermal stress in temperature cycling tests. No ribbon required reduces the micro crack potential.

Shingled cells technology for solar modules were developed previously for space applications due to the space requirement for high efficiency. For terrestrial application shingling was not considered for years until recently due to the existing strong competition in the solar module market and the aim to increase module power and module efficiency without changing the module area. Shingling has became a current research topic of module manufacturers world-wide and Large-scale applications have been achieved.
