【Product description】

Shingled cells technology for solar modules were developed previously for space applications due to the space requirement for high efficiency. For terrestrial application shingling was not considered for years until recently due to the existing strong competition in the solar module market and the aim to increase module power and module efficiency without changing the module area. Shingling has became a current research topic of module manufacturers world-wide and Large-scale applications have been achieved. 

For 335W Mono Eclipse Solar PV Panel,  there are two addinal steps, one is cutting cells into strips (1/5 or 1/6 of standard cells), the other is printing conductive paste on edge of laser cut cell strips and shingle these cells overlapping to form string.
