Shingled Technology Novel Monocrystalline Solar Panel.
5-10% more module power is gain for the 34x12 layout shingled cut cells new design 405W eclipse mono solar Pv panel which is the result of application of conductive paste that enables novel interconnection technologies.
Compared to standard solar module fabrication there are two addinal steps, one is cutting cells into strips (1/5 or 1/6 of standard cells), the other is printing conductive paste on edge of laser cut cell strips and shingle these cells overlapping to form string.
Flexibility of adhesive interconnection of the new design helps to reduce thermal stress in temperature cycling tests. No ribbon required reduces the micro crack potential.
