5×8 position PLC controlled precision dip coater is a precision device designed for the study of liquid phase growth films. The film is grown on the surface of the sample by moving the sample vertically in the liquid phase. The dip coating machine adopts high-precision speed control system and touch screen parameter input terminal, and realizes automatic control of 5 sample lifting coating films at the same time. The speed at which the sample enters and exits the liquid phase film material, the dwell time in the liquid phase film material, and the number of cycles in which the sample is pulled can be set by the control box.
