PLC controlled precision lab dip coater is a precision equipment designed for the study of liquid phase growth films. The film is grown by vertically pulling the sample in the liquid phase.The machine is widely used in the laboratories of universities, research institutes and enterprise.

PLC controlled precision lab dip coater main feature:

1. It can coat large samples, multiple samples can be fixed by different sample holders.

2. The pulling speed of the sample, the dwell time of the sample in the liquid phase film material, and the number of cycles of the sample coating can be set.

3. The dip coater adopts high-precision speed control system and touch screen parameter input end to realize automatic control of the whole process of dip coating.

4. The machine is small in size and easy to operate. It is an ideal equipment for coating large samples in laboratory and small production workshops at room temperature.
