This type of roll-to-roll film coating machine is mainly used for coating liquid or colloidal films in the laboratory. The equipment uses a continuously variable motor to accurately control the coating speed, achieving the purpose of rotating the drum at a uniform speed to drive the aluminum or copper foil to coat the film. The doctor blade is precision machined from stainless steel, precision ground on all four sides, accurate thickness and extremely high precision. The weight is constant, and the coating film has a high degree of consistency and uniformity. The coating platform of the equipment is equipped with water-cooled pipelines, which can be cooled by circulating water to keep the substrate and film materials at a lower temperature. The rewinding and unwinding device of the equipment adopts feedback adjustment, which can automatically control the speed stably in the range of ±1rpm, which effectively guarantees the uniformity of the coating film. The upper cover has the functions of dustproof and heat preservation, while making the equipment more beautiful.
