Small versatile optional roll to roll coater is the most complete and universal coating and calendering/laminating (optional) system that provides a broad adaptability to various coating slurries and film substrates (Cu, Al, PET, PP, PE).

1.Doctor Blade: Cost effective solution for 10~200 micron thick coatings.

2.Micro-Gravure: Perfectly suitable for precise thin coatings from 2~3 microns.

3.Slot Die: Suitable for precision coatings as thin as 1 micron while providing a wide coverage for thinner coatings upto 200 microns.

  • Auto-slurry feeder with 2 liters tank is available at extra cost.

Slot Die   coating

· The slot die is perfect for uniform film coating of 1 micron and up to 300-micron thickness. By changing   the shim size with various patterns, you would be able to produce continuous,   intermittent, or even grid coatings that match the shim patterns.

·  Slurry feeding screw pump with 4 liters tank is included.

·  Minimum thickness & precision: 1µm ( dried film ), ±1%  

·  Coating width and length: 150mm W x 5000mm L  Max. (single side coating)

· Typical slurry viscosity range: 200~10000 mPa.s

Micro-Gravure   Coating
 
 
  • Continuous and intermittent coating mode are available for the user.
  • Coating thickness range: 2~3um (dried film)
  • Coating width and length: 180mm W x 5000mm L  Max. (single side coating)
  • Typical slurry viscosity range: 30~2000 mPa.s
  • Auto-slurry feeder with 2 liters tank is included.
