Proportional valve oxygen concentration controller has self-determining function, which realizes auto-intelligent determining PID control parameters, reducing user’s workload on debugging. The controller is in small size which is convenient for setting up in the present devices.

Proportional valve oxygen concentration controller main features:

1.With the buttons and OLED display screen, users could set parameters on the controller easily;

2.It can connect with the computer by RS232/RS485 serial port carried by the controller to upload the test data and control output to the computer in real time. The received data can be observed, analyzed and saved by the matched software, and the parameters of the instrument can also be set flexibly by it;

3.When connected with oxygen analyzer and other media analyzer, the input signal of the controller varies, and it can be used with the present analyzer to upgrade and reconfigure the devices;

4.When the controller is using the output signal from the original analyzer, it can provide a set of output signal in the same type of the input signal simultaneously, not occupying any present resources;

5.When receiving the signal from the analyzer, the unit can shift automatically, which is: when the concentration is less than 1%, the unit can shift to ppm display automatically to improve the control accuracy;

6.High control accuracy, small fluctuation and conspicuous gas saving amount;
