- Finding a suitable thermal gradient is user responsibility
- Adjusting two heating zone's temperature can create
different thermal gradient profile
- Adjusting furnace opening diameter also can change the
thermal gradient
- Quartz tube (2" quartz tube (50mm O.D x 44mm I.D x 600mm
L) is included with sealed flange)

Hanging wire
|
- One set of Ni-SS hanging wire is included. Max. working
temperature is 800℃.
- Optional hanging wire for higher working temperature is
available upon request:
- Ni-Cr-Al wire (not included) Max. working temperature <
1100℃
- Platinium wire (not included) Max.working temperature >
1200℃ and < 1600℃
- A thin hanging wire goes through the top flange. A positive
inert gas can keep processing tube under controlled atmosphere
- For air-sensitive material, the sample shall be sealed in a
small quartz tube with pre-vacuumed
