This product is a Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace, using induction heating, melting temperature can reach 2000℃.It adopts stainless steel water-cooled chamber with quartz observation window to observe the sample melting condition, which is suitable for metal sample melting, heat treatment and phase diagram research.The equipment adopts high frequency induction power supply with maximum power of 25KW.The equipment adopts infrared temperature measurement, intelligent temperature controller to control the temperature, with overtemperature protection function, can accurately control the melting temperature.
Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace is equipped with high-performance two-stage rotary vane pump, which can pump the chamber to vacuum to protect the sample from oxidation. The equipment is also equipped with lifting platform and turnover handle, which is convenient for operators to cast and take out samples after smelting. The equipment is also equipped with a dumping device, which can dump the melted sample into the mold prepared in advance to make the required sample shape.
