CY-1100X-MGI-16 is a 16-channel tube furnace designed for sintering, annealing and quenching of high-throughput samples, with a maximum temperature of 1100℃. Each heating module is controlled by an independent temperature control system, and each furnace tube is sealed with a vacuum flange, which can heat treat the samples in a vacuum or atmosphere protection environment.

Furnace Features

• The tube furnace has a total of 16 channels, and the furnace tube size is 25 OD x   20 ID x 200 L mm

• Each heating module has an independent temperature control system control, the maximum temperature can be heated to 1100 ℃

• KF25's quick-connect flange is installed on each quartz tube, so that the sample can be heat treated in a vacuum or atmosphere protection environment

• The heating module has two working positions, the horizontal position is used for sample sintering, and the vertical position is used for sample quenching. The furnace body can be rotated from the horizontal position to the vertical position, and can be used for experiments such as metal sample pouring

• 30mm (temperature uniformity +/- 1℃)

Temperature Control System

• 16 channels have an independent temperature control system, all temperature settings are concentrated on the 6-inch touch screen operation

• Using PID method to adjust the temperature, 30 steps of temperature rise and fall programs can be set

• With over-temperature and thermocouple failure protection

• K-type thermocouples (16 in total) are integrated into each furnace tube for accurate temperature measurement and control
