CY-O1200-25IIIT is a compact 25mm tube furnace with imported heating wire.The temperature of the furnace is controlled by a 30 segment programmable high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with7” touch panel. It is widely used in CVD method MoS2 thin film preparation, nanotube producing,small sample annealing etc.
