1200℃ vacuum hot press furnace
Vacuum hot press furnace is a device used
for high temperature heat treatment and material thermal pressing. It can be
heated and pressure applied in a vacuum environment to realize the material
heat treatment, sintering, hot pressure connection and other processes

1. Equipment structure: the vacuum hot
pressing furnace usually consists of the furnace body, heating system, vacuum
system, pressure system and control system. The furnace body is usually made of
superalloy material, and has good high temperature resistance and vacuum
sealing properties.
2. Heating system: The heating system of
vacuum heating furnace usually uses resistance heater or induction heater. The
resistance heater generates heat through the heating element through the
electric current, while the induction heater uses the principle of
electromagnetic induction to generate eddy current heating.
3. Vacuum system: the vacuum system of the
vacuum hot press furnace is used to eliminate the gas in the furnace and create
a vacuum environment. Vacuum system usually includes vacuum pump, vacuum meter,
gas condenser and other equipment.
4. Pressure system: the pressure system of
vacuum hot press furnace is used to apply pressure to realize the thermal
pressure connection of materials. The pressure system usually includes
hydraulic cylinders, pressure sensors, pressure control valves and other
equipment.
5. Control system: The control system of
vacuum hot press furnace is used to monitor and control parameters such as
heating, vacuum and pressure. The control system usually includes the
temperature controller, the vacuum degree controller, the pressure controller
and other equipment.
6. Application field: vacuum thermal
pressing furnace is widely used in the heat treatment and thermal pressing
connection of metal materials, ceramic materials, composite materials, etc. It
has important application value in aerospace, automotive manufacturing,
electronic devices and other fields.
