Product Description

Hinged Vacuum Sealing Assembly with Flange Support for 101 mm dia Tube Furnace
 
This is a pair of hinged vacuum sealing assembly with flange support for 4" vacuum tube furnace to seal both ends of OD 100-102 mm ( 4")  tube without any welding and gluing.

Structure

Made of Stainless Steel ( SS304)  with double high temperature silicon O-rings on each flange
Openable flange is designed for sample easily loading / unloading
Delicate metal support allows for both vertical and horizontal adjustment

Vacuum level

10E-5 torr by molecular pump and 10E-2 torr by mechanical pump

Features

Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue.
Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe.
Installation requires you to drill holes on the furnace casing and mount the flange support

Descriptions

One end flange has a barbed needle valve and1/4" feedthrough for thermocouple insert, and  Mechanical Pressure Gauge. 
Another end flange  has a KF25 port with  barbed needle valve. You may need KFD25 angle valve before connect the vacuum port to vacuum pump.  Please choose the KF25 angle valve at related product below.
Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue.
1/4" in diameter barbed fitting can be connected with 1/4" rubber hose.

Notes

Must put a refractory tube block inside the tube (see picture left) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You can order a ceramic block in related products.
