this model of roll to roll tape casting film coater is mainly used for coating liquid or colloidal film in laboratory. The equipment adopts step-less variable speed motor to precisely control the coating speed, so as to achieve the purpose of uniformly rotating the roller to drive the aluminum foil or copper foil for coating; the doctor-blade is made of all stainless steel, with constant weight, which can improve the consistency and uniformity of the coating; the coating platform is equipped with water cooling pipeline, which can be cooled by circulating water, so that the substrate and film material can be maintained at a low temperature;The rewinding and unwinding device adopts feedback adjustment, which can automatically control the speed within ± 1 rpm, effectively ensuring the uniformity of the coating film; the upper cover has the functions of dust prevention and heat preservation, and makes the equipment more beautiful.
