8 Channel Battery Analyzer (0.25 -300 mA, upto 5V w/ Temperature Measurement and Laptop & Software 

Description of the 8 channel battery analyzer:BST8-300-CST is an eight-channel battery analyzer for most applications in battery testing fields such as electrode materials research, battery performance & cycle test, small-scale battery formation, capacity grading, battery pack testing and etc. The purchase comes with a brand new laptop with Microsoft Windows with 30 days free trial Microsoft Excel and the latest version of controller software installed and calibrated for immediate use.
FEATURES

  • Range: 0.25 mA - 300mA programmable
  • Accuracy: ±(0.05% RD + 0.05% FS)

Voltage
  • Eight independent programmable channels. Each channel can work under different modes and functions independently
  • Working modes Include:
    • The software is included to set various working modes for evaluating cell capacity and lifecycle for all types of rechargeable batteries
    • Limited threshold conditions include voltage, current, time, capacity, negative voltage slope, etc.
    • With real-time monitoring windows and integrated graph/data windows, the testing process can be observed more directly and efficiently.
    • During the test, the software will provide instructions and warnings for assistance.
    • MS Excel 2013 30 days free trial is pre-installed for the Excel data file output. 

Test Reports and Curves for Analysis

 
  • Each channel has an N type thermocouple to monitor the temperature of the batteries during the charging/discharging cycles. Please see Pic.1 in below for details.
  • 8 alligator clips with cable for universal connecting 
  • 8 banana type jacks with cable for connection to  8 channel Coin Cell Testing Board (note: the board is sold separately

Warranty

Two years limited warranty with lifetime support for the battery analyzer. (Note: our company does not carry warranty for the laptop. In case service is needed for the laptops, please contact laptop manufacturer directly for warranty/non-warranty service.)


Application Notes 
  • Multiple battery analyzers with one laptop configuration and purchase possible. $300 will be deducted from the sales price if one analyzer is purchased without the basic laptop.
  • Up to 20 battery analyzers can be controlled via one computer & software.
